SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
MFG Motorsports offers shipping on all orders with no minimum amount in the 48 contiguous United States of America. Some exclusions apply on oversize items. Most orders under 1 pound will ship via USPS First Class Mail. In most cases, your order will ship the same or next day, but can take up to 7 days to full fulfill the order. If for some reason you enter your shipping address incorrectly and your order is returned to us, the customer will need to pay for the return shipping back to them or your order will be refunded. ​If your shipping address is outside of the United States of America, your shipment may incur a customs or duty fee. It is your responsibility as the customer to complete payment for these additional fees. If you chose to reject the delivery of the package because you do not want to pay for these duties, MFG Motorsports will not refund your order. MFG Motorsports is not responsible for paying for these additional customs/duties fees. Orders outside of North America are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
​At this time MFG Motorsports can not ship any liquid products outside of the United States including but not limited to: motor oil, differential oil, transmission fluid, engine additive kits, assembly lubrication and more. If an International order is placed with these products, you will be refunded for these items.
​MFG Motorsports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If packages are confirmed to be successfully delivered, you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier if you did not receive the package. We send tracking information once packages are shipped. Please obtain your package as soon as possible. It is ultimately your responsibility to file a claim with the mail carrier. MFG Motorsports is unable to do anything in this situation, and will not refund or resend the lost/stolen item.
MFG Motorsports has the right to change this policy whenever it deems necessary.
Return & Exchange Policy
MFG Motorsports has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you do not love the product(s) you received, we suggest you return it. You may return any new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If after 14 days, you can return unopened items for store credit. If the seal on the package is opened, but the product is not washed or used, you may return for a store credit within 10 days. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges back to us. If the return is a result of our error (ie. incorrect item, size, or defective), we’ll pay for the return shipping costs. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the product and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

​MFG Motorsports now offers $5 flat rate shipping on all orders in the 48 contiguous United States. If for some reason you enter your shipping address incorrectly and your order is returned to us, the customer will need to pay for the return shipping back to them or your order will be refunded.
Once your return is received, we will perform a thorough inspection and email you to notify you that we have received and inspected the item. If accepted, you should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days of us receiving the product. All refunds are done through your credit card company. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your credit card company or bank.
Sale or clearance items may not be refunded.
